Roasted Brussel Sprout Pasta

Preheat oven 350. Cut sprouts in half, arrange on a cookie sheet, season with SPG, and bake for 30-45 min. I use chicken sausage to add a little somethin somethin. I love artisan spinach and asiago cheese chicken sausage. Cut it up and sautée it.
Cook pasta (farfalle is good in this one ), and when sprouts are done, toss the sausage, sprouts and pasta with some basil pesto! Sprinkle some parm on top and voila!
